Why this exists

Every owner we spoke to had the same two problems. Happy customers do not write reviews because nobody asks at the right moment, and when someone does ask, the customer stares at Google's empty box and gives up. Meanwhile the one unhappy customer writes three paragraphs.

The fix is not clever. Put the ask where the phone is already out (the bill, the counter, the reception), remove the typing with wording the customer can edit in their own language, and give the unhappy customer a private way to tell you first. That is the whole product.

What we will not do

• No fake reviews. We never write or post reviews. The customer picks the stars, picks the highlights, edits the words and posts from their own Google account.
• No review gating. Every customer sees the option to post on Google, whatever they rate. The private feedback form is an addition, never a replacement.
• No incentives. We do not support discounts or gifts for reviews, because Google does not allow them and they get profiles penalised.
• No lock-in. One plan, first month free, then 249 per month, no auto-renewal, no card stored. Stop paying and your data stays; the QR simply shows an inactive message until you return.

How the wording works

Suggestions come from a dictionary of natural sentences for each highlight and each kind of business, in English, Hinglish, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali and Punjabi. The customer chooses the language, the sentences are combined only from what they picked, and every word stays editable. We built it this way so a review reads like the customer, not like a template.
