Terms of service

The service
Testimonic gives a business a QR code that leads customers to a short review page: a star rating, highlights, ready-made wording they can edit, and a link to the business's Google review page. Low ratings can also be sent to the business privately. The service is provided by Testimonic, the operator of testimonic.com ("we").
Price
Every business gets one free month from sign-up. After that the service costs ₹249 per month, paid in advance for one month at a time. There is no automatic renewal and no card is stored. If a month is not paid, the customer page shows an inactive message until it is; data and settings are kept. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
Your account
- One account is one business and one Google listing. You confirm that you are entitled to represent that business.
- We may ask you to verify ownership of the listing (email at the business domain or a manual check) and may keep the customer page inactive until that is done.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done from your account.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only to collect feedback from genuine customers about genuine experiences.
- Do not offer money, discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews, and do not write reviews on customers' behalf.
- Do not remove or hide the public review option from customers; the private feedback form is an additional channel, not a substitute.
- Follow Google's review policies. You are responsible for content posted by your customers.
- Do not upload unlawful, misleading or infringing content as branding, phrases or highlights.
Your data
You own your business data and the feedback your customers submit. We process it as described in the privacy policy. You can download your sessions as CSV at any time and ask us to delete your account.
Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service does not guarantee any number of reviews, ratings or search rankings, and we have no control over what Google does with reviews. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
Termination
You may stop at any time by not paying for the next month or by asking us to delete the account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, particularly the acceptable-use rules above.
